To limit the initial rush which I think impacts the game in many areas id like to suggest a new approach.
Bar the initial 15k mine which I find suitable - I'd like all virgin mines to be zeroed.
This would prevent mostly the bounce effect of grabbing one mine and building four more thereof and so on.
This leads to veterans and those with waaaaay to much time on their hands to spread far and wide in a manner that anyone entering the game late cannot duplicate.
This makes it much fairer and more moderated in flow - with the aim of full persistence at some point.
This zero method would prevent most spawns being ((Footprinted)) by a dominant player and allow newbs more space before encountering grief or limits.
