Fire Whilst Moving
Proposed here is for certain units to be able to move AND fire - unlike now where any movement opens up units to withering fire.
Tanks of all sorts would be able to do this as would Scouts and Frigates.
Planes, Bombers, and Hummingbirds would also be allowed.
Artillery and Heavy Artillery certainly wouldn't be able to - nor would AntiAir units.
