When designing a base you can set a Central CC which designates all within range.
All CC's slaved to CCC contribute res and area of influence to whole base.
Base can be named or numbered - with another key similar to home to cycle through. Will appear on unit list at top.
Option on all cc's to choose CCC - small drop down menu maybe or manual entry.
This CC is then discounted for all scores but extends range/abilities/resource gathering of base overall.
